Legislation of Note:
This is a brief listing of NCAA legislation of note to Landmark institutions

Subject #1: NCAA Regional Rules Seminar Attendance.

NCAA Regional Rules Seminar attendance is required by at least one institutional staff member once every three years per NCAA Constitution 3.2.4.15. This requirement became effective August 1, 2007.

Noncompliance results in the institutions entire athletics program being placed on probation for one year beginning the next academic year after the noncompliance is discovered. An institution shall be afforded the one-year probationary period for failure to comply with the criteria only once in a 10-year period.
