TOWSON, Md. - The Landmark Conference, in conjunction with PrestoSports, has launched a redesigned website. While containing much of the same information, it adds some new features in an effort to make the site more user-friendly.
The redesign features a "member sites" area with a snapshot of each Landmark member. When a fan clicks on the "Landmark Member Sites" button at the top of the page, it releases a dropdown area with each member featured. When a fan clicks on one of the member logos, another area drops down with links, scores, upcoming games and recent headlines.
The quick links give fans access to the member's information in a one-stop location. In the recent scores area, fans can click on the score to access the game's box score. The headlines are also links to give fans direct access to the release.
The main menubar includes links to nearly every aspect of the Landmark site with just one click. When the user accesses the "teams" dropdown and selects Juniata men's soccer, it links directly to Juniata's website for men's soccer.
Additionally, the sport pages have been redesigned to provide as much information in one place. Between the scoreboard ribbon, standings, athletes of the week, and stats, everything is available with a simple scroll. The top navigational bar also copies to the sport page for direct access.
The website will continue to give fans direct access to the Landmark Conference.
