Landmark Announces eSports Seeding

TOWSON, Md. – The Landmark Conference announced Tuesday afternoon the field for the inaugural eSports Championship.

The championship will get underway Tuesday, March 26 with semifinals. The semifinals are a best-of-three series.

Juniata College earned the No. 1 seed after posting a 3-1 record. The Eagles, who was declared the No. 1 seed via Battlefly, will matchup against fourth-seeded Elizabethtown College (1-3). The other semifinal match will feature Catholic University (3-1) against Drew University (3-1). Both semifinals will start at 7:00 p.m.

The championship will feature the winners from the semifinals in a best-of-five format on Friday, March 29 at 7:30 p.m. at Elizabethtown. The winning teams from the semifinals will be expected to travel to Elizabethtown.

The conference champion and runner-up shall earn the right to participate in the College League of Legends national play-in tournament.
