Landmark Selects Fall Senior Scholar Athletes
The Landmark Conference has chosen six athletes as Landmark Senior Scholar Athletes for their respective fall sports. A committee of Landmark Conference officers, athletics directors and sports information directors selected the recipients, choosing one senior from each of the fall sports sponsored by the conference. The honorees must have a cumulative GPA of 3.2 and are selected based on their accomplishments in all areas of college life including athletics, academics and other extracurricular activities.

Landmark Field Hockey Players Earn More Honors
Following its first season of competition the Landmark Conference had three players from member institutions earn recognitino on All-America Teams. Juniata College seniors Kim Wagner and Heather Hassinger, and freshman teammate Paula Price and Catholic University freshman Andrea Baick all received recognition on at least one All-America Team.

Landmark Announces Fall All-Academic Team
The Landmark Conference has announced that 32 student-athletes have been honored with selection to the 2007 Fall Landmark All-Academic Team. Two male and two female athletes from each of the eight Landmark institutions were selected for the team which honors athletes who have excelled athletically and academically.

Five members of Landmark Conference field hockey teams have been recognized as members of the 2007 Longstretch/National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) All-Region Teams which were released on Monday.
