Winter Sport Athletes Honored For Academics
The Landmark Conference has recognized 204 student-athletes by selecting them for the 2012 Winter Landmark Conference Academic Honor Roll. The honorees were selected from all eight Landmark Conference institutions.

Ambrosi Adds To Moravian's All-American Tally
Senior Steve Ambrosi of the Moravian College men's indoor track & field team earned All-America honors for the first time in his career with an eighth place finish in the 800-meter run at the 2012 NCAA Division III Indoor National Championships hosted by Grinnell (Iowa) College Saturday.

Moravian Track Teams Earn All-America Honors
Senior pole vaulter Abby Schaffer of the Moravian College women's indoor track & field team finished as the runner-up in the pole vault at a height of 4.05 meters (13 feet, 3 ½ inches) at the 2012 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field National Championships being hosted by Grinnell College Friday.

Moravian Sweeps Landmark Indoor Track & Field Titles
Moravian College continued its run of success at the Landmark Track & Field Championships Saturday in Selinsgrove, Pa. as the Greyhound women earned a fifth title in five tries and the men captured a fourth title in five Landmark seasons.

The 2011-12 indoor track and field season will come to a crescendo this weekend with six Landmark Conference indoor track & field teams getting their chances at a conference title at the 2012 Landmark Indoor Track & and Field Championships Saturday Feb. 25 at the Garrett Sports Complex on the campus of Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, Pa.

Mariners Enjoy Strong Tuneup For Landmark Championships
With the last regular season indoor meet in the books the Mariners now have their sights set on the Landmark Conference Championships which they will contest next weekend. On Friday the team completed their art tune-up at Haverford College in the Keogh Invitational.

Cardinals Win Five Events At Lebanon Valley Invite
CUA had a strong afternoon at the Lebanon Valley Invitational on Saturday. Five Cardinals earned first place finishes, including Laura Kinley, Courtney Doran, Kelly Carioto and Mary Clark on the women’s side, and Shawn Brubaker for the men.

Kent Thompson Named Catholic Men's Cross Country/Track & Field Coach
Kent Thompson has been named Catholic University's Head Men's Cross Country and Track and Field Coach, it was recently announced. Thompson comes to CUA from nearby American University, where he has served as the Assistant Cross Country and Track Coach for 10 years.
