Moravian Caps Home Schedule With A Victory

BETHLEHEM, PA - The Moravian College women's volleyball team won its final home match of the season, sweeping Lycoming College, 30-13, 30-7, 30-17 in non-conference action in Johnston Hall Thursday evening.

Senior outside hitter Rachel Radocha (Whitehall, PA/Whitehall HS) led the Greyhounds with a match high 14 kills to go with four digs and three blocks in her final career home contest while senior outside hitter Jenna Wallace (Bethlehem, PA/Bethlehem Catholic HS) moved into fifth in school history in kills with nine in the match pushing Wallace's career total to 1,122. Wallace also had five digs in the contest. Freshman middle hitter Mary King (Paramus, NJ/Paramus HS) contributed nine kills and three blocks for the Greyhounds while senior right side hitter Katherine Perkins (Lehighton, PA/Lehighton HS) had seven service aces and four kills in her final home match.

Senior libero Elise Martin (Emmaus, PA/Emmaus HS) registered a match high 12 digs to become just the fifth player in school history to record at least 400 digs in a season with 404, and Martin had three service aces. Junior setter Stephanie Struble (Hampton, NJ/Voorhees HS) had 21 assists and two blocks while freshman setter Christine Poole (Long Valley, NJ/West Morris Central HS) contributed eight assists for the Greyhounds. Freshman middle hitter Christine Reeser (Telford, LA/Christopher Dock HS) led Moravian with four blocks to go with two kills.

Heather Frantz led the Warriors with nine kills while Abby Myers had 12 assists.
