Landmark Announces Players of the Week
TOWSON, Md. – The Landmark Conference has released the Players of the Week. The conference will recognize a student-athlete for each sport based on their contributions to their team throughout the season.

||Grabiak was instrumental in Catholic's 2-0 week, averaging 23.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, 6.0 steals, and 3.5 assists per game. On Monday, the senior captain scored a career-high 26 points, pulled down six rebounds and dished out four assists in the 84-72 win over Gwynedd Mercy. In addition, the Haddonfield, N.J., native had five steals, including the 200th of her career. She followed that up with a strong showing on Saturday at Merchant Marine, shooting 52.9 percent from the floor en route to 21 points, seven rebounds, three assists and a career-high seven steals.|

Catholic, Moravian and Scranton went 2-0 this week. All three teams are undefeated in conference play with Moravian and Scranton a half game ahead at 3-0. Scranton head coach Mike Strong became the first Division III women's basketball coach to notch 800 career wins on Saturday. He is the 10th women's basketball coach in all NCAA divisions to reach 800, a list that includes Tennessee's Pat Summit, Connecticut's Geno Auriemma, Rutgers' C. Vivian Stringer and North Carolina's Sylvia Hatchell.
