Weather Causes More Changes To Landmark Basketball Schedule
Continued difficulty with weather has caused more changes to the Landmark Conference basketball schedules for games scheduled Monday, Feb. 8.

Two Athletes Collect Player of the Week Honors
With winter weather causing havoc with schedules throughout the region, enough competition was completed for two student-athletes to be chosen as Players of the Week. The Landmark Player of the Week selections are made by the Landmark Conference office.

Susquehanna Tops Drew For Sixth-Straight Win
Susquehanna University's freshman forward Gina Palazzi (Newfoundland, Pa./Wallenpaupack) recorded her first career double-double with a game-high-tying 12 points and a game-high 12 rebounds to lead host Susquehanna past Drew University, 65-46, in a Landmark Conference women's basketball game on "Pink Zone" Day at Orlando W. Houts Gymnasium on Feb. 6.

Landmark Basketball Games Postponed
The basketball games between The University of Scranton, Moravian College, The Catholic University of America and Goucher College scheduled for Friday Feb. 5 and Feb. 6 have been postponed due to impending inclement weather.

Juniata Women's Basketball Tops Catholic For Weekend Sweep
Juniata College overcame injuries and a Catholic University squad intent on playing a lot of up-and-down the court basketball, to put away the Cardinals, 73-51, in Saturday afternoon's Landmark Conference women's basketball matchup at the Kennedy Sports + Recreation Center.

The United States Merchant Marine Academy womens basketball team defeated the United States Coast Guard Academy 67-63. The Mariners improve to 7-9 on the year while the Bears fall to 4-10. With the victory, USMMA takes a 6-3 lead in the race for the Superintendents Trophy.
