Cowger continued her march through the school and conference record books this past Wednesday at York (Pa.). She won all three throws she contested: discus, shot put, and hammer throw. Cowger also set two new Etown and Landmark records in the discus and shot. Her new discus record is 45.56m (149'6"), now fourth nationally, and her new shot put record stands at 13.01m (42' 8-ΒΌ"). Cowger is the first Blue Jay and Landmark female to reach marks of at least 45.00m in the discus and 13.00m in the shot put (18th in NCAA Div. III). Her winning hammer throw was also a personal best at 45.30m (148'7").
