Savkovic made Wilkes history as the first player in program history to earn both Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year honors. She also became just the fifth player in Landmark Conference history to sweep both awards in the same season.
Savkovic posted a perfect 19–0 record in singles play during her debut season, competing at the top of the lineup and going undefeated against all opponents. She was especially dominant in Landmark Conference action, not dropping a single set in conference matches all year. Savkovic capped her season with a commanding 6–0, 6–0 victory over Drew in the first round of the Landmark Championship. Her unblemished record made her just the eighth player in Wilkes history to complete a flawless singles season.
