Kiernan scored three goals to help lead the Rangers to a 3-0 start to their season. He netted all three of his tallies, including two game-winners, in the Drew/FDU Fall Festival to earn Offensive Most Valuable Player honors. Kiernan supplied the Rangers with both of their goals in a 2-1 tournament-opening win over New Paltz, then struck first in the team's 3-0 victory over Saint Elizabeth.
