Merone earned wins at both second doubles and the winning team point at fourth singles as the Greyhounds began their Spring Break trip with a 5-4 come-from-behind win over Adrian (Mich.) College at the USTA National Training Center in Orlando, Fla. Merone partnered with senior Maddie Figiel for an 8-3 win at second doubles. Merone would need three sets in her fourth singles contest to secure the win for Moravian. She dropped the first set in a tiebreaker 7-6 (7-4), before winning the second set 6-3 and taking the final set 10-7 to claim the winning team point.
