Holland had a record-breaking day with three gold medals on Saturday. First, in the 60-meter dash preliminaries, the junior was just shy of setting the conference record, finishing his heat with a time of 6.88. Then, in the event final, Holland turned up the speed, breaking both the championship and overall records with his time of 6.79. The overall record was set in 2011 by Moravian University's Eric Woodruff (6.87), while the championship record was set in 2013 by Susquehanna University's Kwane Hayle (6.92).

He came back in the 200-meter dash with a personal record time of 22.50 to win his second gold medal of the day. He closed out his afternoon with another gold, this time as a member of the 4x200-meter relay team. The team crossed the finish line with a time of 1:32.73.

Holland is now the third Blue Jay to be named Track Performer of the Year. He joins Andrew Lesko (2017) and Ean Mann (2020).
