Ehrlich was instrumental in the comeback win for the River Hawks against #10 Cortland. He threw for 227 yards (16-of-22) with three passing touchdowns. On the ground, he took off for 19 rushes for a game-high 162 yards and one rushing score. Behind 35-21 with five minutes remaining on Cortland's 44, Ehrlich sparked the comeback with his best run of the day for 30 yards that set up a 12-yard touchdown pass to Rowen Hershey to make it 35-28. Getting the ball back with two minutes left, Ehrlich threw a jump ball to Kyle Howes down the left side, which Howes caught one-handed to tie the game. The Red Dragons fumbled the ensuing kickoff, which Susquehanna recovered at Cortland's 32, prompting Ehrlich to lead a game-winning drive to set up Christian Colasurdo's game-winning field goal.
