Lebedeva opened her collegiate career in style, posting back-to-back victories in the main draw of the ITA Division III Northeast Regional Championships at Hamilton College. Seeded among the top-16 in a field of 64, she earned a 6-2, 6-1 victory in her collegiate debut before posting a perfect 6-0, 6-0 win to advance to the round of 16. She would give the eventual tournament champion, fourth-seeded Ida Krause of NYU, all she could handle in a 6-3, 7-6 (9-7) loss. Lebedeva also turned in a solid performance in doubles, posting an 8-7 (7-5) win with Mary Kalorin in the first round of the main draw before losing to the eventual semifinalists.
