Competing in her first event of the year - and in her home state - Diaz was Drew's top finisher at the UC Santa Cruz Invitational. She shot a 152 (74-78) for the 36-hole event and finished 14th in an ultra-competitive field of 75 that featured four teams that competed in last year's NCAA Division III Championship, including defending national champion George Fox University.
