Miller threw a three-hit shutout for the first Lycoming complete game shutout since 1970 in a 5-0 win Saturday. Miller, who struck out seven and walked two in the gem, allowed just the leadoff batter to reach third base and left two runners stranded at second in the second and third innings before he retired 17 of the last 18 batters he faced, including the last batter struck out looking on his 112th pitch. Miller is the first Warrior complete-game shutout since May 16, 1970, when Norm Myers tossed a three-hit shutout in a 1-0 win over Juniata.
