Landmark Selects Women's Lacrosse All-Conference Team

MADISON, N.J. - Following the first season of competition in the conference twenty-six student-athletes have been selected to the 2008 All-Landmark Conference Women's Lacrosse Team as voted by the conference's six head coaches. The All-Landmark Team includes a first and second team with 13 honorees on each team, with the selections being made by position.

Drew University led the way with six representatives on the team, while Catholic University and Goucher College each had five. Catholic, which went unbeaten in Landmark play, had all five of its players on the first team and also claimed two of the additional honors as sophomore Kate Robinson was voted the Player of the Year, and Head Coach Meghan O'Connor McDonogh and her staff were recognized as the Coaching Staff of the Year. Drew freshman Stacie Brown was chosen as the Rookie of the Year. All six Landmark teams were represented with at least one honoree.
