Landmark Honors Women's Lacrosse All-Conference Squad

MADISON, N.J. – With the second season of Landmark women’s lacrosse competition in the books and a pair of teams heading to the NCAA Tournament the 2009 All-Landmark Conference Women’s Lacrosse team has been selected as voted by the conference’s six head coaches. The All-Landmark team includes a first and second team with the selections made by position, and the vote taking place before the postseason.

Drew University and The Catholic University of America, the two Landmark teams earning NCAA spots, dominated the voting with eight honorees each. Catholic also claimed a pair of major awards as junior Kate Robinson earned Player of the Year honors for the second-consecutive season and her teammate Mary Swarthout was honored as the Rookie of the Year. Drew Head Coach Kim Christos and her staff received Coaching Staff of the Year honors. All six Landmark teams are represented on the All-Conference Team.
