MADISON, N.J. – Following a conference season in which six teams finished within four games of first place 12 student-athletes have been chosen to the 2011-12 All-Landmark Conference Men's Basketball Team as selected by the conference's eight head coaches. The team consists of a first and second team, with six players on each team, and the selections made by position. The voting for the All-Conference Team took place after the conclusion of the regular season and prior to the start of the Landmark postseason.

The balance in the conference was evident in the selections as seven teams claimed at least one selection, and all four postseason qualifiers earned at least two spots. Susquehanna University captured three selections while the individual honors were split among three teams. United States Merchant Marine Academy sophomore Reed Buck was voted Landmark Player of the Year, while The University of Scranton, which finished atop the regular season standings, had junior Travis Farrell and freshman Ross Danzig earn Defensive Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year honors respectively. Juniata College Head Coach Greg Curley and his staff were voted the Coaching Staff of the Year.

Of the 12 selections, only three were carryovers from the previous year, with four players on the team had been All-Conference selections in the past. Farell and Luke Hawk of Scranton were both repeat selections, while Drew's Asmar Capers also was chosen for the second time. Susquehanna senior Spenser Spencer was also a multi-time All-Conference pick. The junior class was well represented with six All-Conference honorees while five seniors were chosen in their final year of competition.
