#Landmark10 All-Decade Team: Women's Indoor Track & Field

TOWSON, Md. - The 2016-17 season marks the 10th year anniversary for the Landmark Conference. To help celebrate, the Landmark featured individuals that have stood out over the past 10 years.

Athletes that were named All-Conference First Team a minimum of two times, and/or were named Landmark Player of the Year, during their career will be nominated automatically, and each team had the opportunity to nominate additional individuals for consideration. The All-Decade team was selected by the membership and will be announced prior to the conference championship.

 

Kelly Carioto | Catholic University

Kelly Carioto was a four-time All-Landmark First Team selection in the shot put. Carioto posted her best throw in 2012 with a mark of 12.63m. She was named to the Landmark Academic Team from 2010-2012 and the Landmark Academic Honor Roll Team from 2010-2012.
 

Mary Clark | Catholic University

Mary Clark was a two-time champion in the weight throw (2014, 2015) was finished second in the event in 2013. Her mark of 15.34 in the weight throw set in 2014 is a conference championship record and she was named Field Athlete of the Year in 2014. She was also named to both the Academic Team and Academic Honor Roll in 2014 and 2015.

Mary Shashaty | Catholic University

Mary Shashaty was a three-time First Team All-Conference selection for the Cardinals. She was a member of the 4x800m relay team that won in 2008 with a time of 10:19.87 and was part of the Distance Medley Relay team that won in 2008 and 2009. Shashaty was also named to the Academic Honor Roll twice.
 

Destiny Phillips | Goucher College

Destiny Phillips won the 60mH in 2012 with a time of 9.09, which is a championship record and was a member of the 4x200m relay team that won that same year to earn First Team All-Conference. She also placed second in the 60m dash in 2012 and the 4x400m relay in 2014.
 

Kelsey Buffenmyer | Juniata College

Kelsey Buffenmyer won the high jump in 2008 and 2009 and was the runner-up in the long jump in 2008. She earned Field Athlete of the Year in 2008, and was named to the Landmark Academic Teams in 2008 and 2009, and was named the Landmark's Senior Scholar Athlete.
  

Angela Shaffer | Juniata College

Angela Shaffer won the high jump from 2010-2013 and was the runner-up in 2012. She also won the 55mH and 60mH in 2011 and 2013 respectively.  She was named to the Landmark Academic Team in 2011 and 2012, and was named the Landmark's Senior Scholar Athlete.
  

Katrina Woods | Juniata College

Katrina Woods won the 5000m race in 2013 and 2014, the 3000m in 2014, and was part of the winning 4x800m relay team that won in 2011 to earn First Team honors. She was named to the Landmark Academic Team from 2012-2014, and was named the Landmark's Senior Scholar Athlete. Woods was also named to the Landmark's Cross Country All-Decade Team.
  

Rachel Beck | Moravian College

Rachel Beck was an eight-time All-Conference First Team selection for the Greyhounds. She won the 55m dash and the 4x200m relay from 2008-2010, the 4x400m relay in 2008, and the 200m dash in 2010. She was a member of the Landmark Championship team all four years at Moravian, and was named the Track Athlete of the Year in 2010. Beck was also named to the Landmark Academic Teams from 2008-2010.
  

Corinne Glass | Moravian College

Corinne Glass was a seven-time First Team All-Landmark selection from 2013-2016. She won the 200m dash in 2013 and 2016, the 400m dash in 2016, and was a member of the 4x400m relay team that won in 2013, 2015, and 2016. Glass was a part of the Moravian team that won the Landmark Championships from 2013-2016 and was named the Track Athlete of the Year in 2016.

Anna Heim | Moravian College

Anna Heim was a four-time All-Landmark First Team selection for Moravian. She won the Pole Vault from 2008-2010, with her mark of 4.10 set in 2010 currently being a conference record. She helped the 4x400m relay team to a first place finish in 2010. Heim was a member of the Landmark Championship teams all four years she was a Greyhound and was named the Field Athlete of the Year in 2010.

Micah Leonard | Moravian College

Micah Leonard was a four-time champion in the triple jump (2010-2013) and a three-time champion in the long jump (2011-2013). A member of the Landmark Championship teams all four years she was a Greyhound, Leonard currently holds to conference championship records in the triple jump (11.66m - 2013) and the long jump (5.58m - 2011). She was named the Field Athlete of the Year three years in a row from 2011-2013.

Jessica Posimo | Moravian College

Jessica Posimo was a ten-time All-Conference First Team selection for the Greyhounds, including a three-time champion in the 55mH. A conference champion in every year at Moravian, Posimo earned Field Athlete of the Year in 2009, was named to the All-Academic Teams from 2008-2010, and was namede the Senior Scholar Athlete in 2010.

Symonne Scott | Moravian College

Symonne Scott was a three time champion in the 4x200m relay, won the long jump in 2010 and earned second team honors in the 55m dash and long jump in 2009. She was a member of the Landmark Championship teams every year for the Greyhounds.

Sydni Wisniewski | Moravian College

Sydni Wisniewski was an eight-time All-Conference First Team selection for the Greyhounds.She won the 200m/400m/4x200m relay in 2008 and 2009 and was member of the 4x400m and 4x800m relay teams that won in 2008 and 2009 respectively. Wisniewski holds two conference championship records in the 200m (26.38 - 2008) and the 400m (58.76 - 2009) and was a member of two championship teams.

Renea Broscious | Susquehanna University

Renea Broscious won the shot put in 2016 with a mark of 11.52m. She was also named the Field Athlete of the Year in 2016.

Jasmine Mitchell | Susquehanna University

Jasmine Mitchell won the 60m dash in 2014 and 2016 and also captured the 200m dash title (2014) and the 4x200m relay in 2016. Her time of 7.86 in the 60m dash, which was set in 2014 is a conference record. 

Thanida Sermsuwan | Susquehanna University

Thanida Sermsuwan was the 4x200m relay champion in 2013, posting a time of 1:53.40 to earn first team honors. She also won the triple jump in 2015 with a mark of 11.30m.

Cam Weaver | Susquehanna University

Cam Weaver won the shot put from 2013-2015 was finished second in 2012. Her mark of 12.81m, set in 2015 is currently a conference record. She was named Field Athlete of the Year in 2015, and was named to the Landmark Academic Teams from 2013-2015.

Ashley West | Susquehanna University

Ashley West was a nine-time All-Conference First Team selection during her career at Susquehanna. West won the 800m run all four years, posting her best time of 2:14.80 in 2016, which is currently a conference record. She was also a four-time champion in the mile, running her best time in 2016 with a time of 5:04.64, also a conference record. She was voted Track Athlete of the Year from 2013-2015, and earned a spot on the Landmark Academic Honor Roll Team in 2014 and 2015.

Alycia Woodruff | Susquehanna University

Alycia Woodruff was a three-time champion in the mile, a two-time champion in the 5000m run, and won the 800m run in 2008. Woodruff also was named to the Landmark Academic Teams from 2009-2011.
