#Landmark10 All-Decade Team: Men's Indoor Track & Field

TOWSON, Md. - The 2016-17 season marks the 10th year anniversary for the Landmark Conference. To help celebrate, the Landmark featured individuals that have stood out over the past 10 years.

Athletes that were named All-Conference First Team a minimum of two times, and/or were named Landmark Player of the Year, during their career will be nominated automatically, and each team had the opportunity to nominate additional individuals for consideration. The All-Decade team was selected by the membership and will be announced prior to the conference championship.

 

Zach Trama | Elizabethtown College

Zach Trama was a two-time First Team All-Conference performer for the Blue Jays. He won the 3000m in 2015 with a time of 8:49.92, which is a championship record and the 5000m in 2016 with a time of 15:41.29. He was also named to the Landmark Academic Honor Roll in both 2015 and 2016.

 

Michael Twist | Elizabethtown College

Michael Twist is a two-time First Team All-Conference performer for the Blue Jays. He won the 400m dash in 2016 with a time of 50.43 was a member of the 2016 championship 4x400m relay team that crossed the finish line with a time of 3:28.82

T.J Breya | Juniata College

T.J. Breya was a two-time First Team All-Conference Selection for the Eagles. Breya won both the 400m and 55mH in 2010. He was named to the Landmark Academic Team in 2010, and was selected to the Landmark Academic Honor Roll team in both 2008 and 2010.

 

Ceth Parker | Juniata College

Ceth Parker was a two-time First Team All-Conference selection for the Eagles. He was a member of the Distance Medley Relay championship teams in 2009 and 2010, posting their best time in 2009 at 10:48.73. Parker was also a three-time Landmark Academic Honor Roll selection.

 

Steve Ambrosi | Moravian College

Steve Ambrosi was a five-time First Team selection for the Greyhounds. He won back-to-back titles in the 4x800m relay (2010, 2011) and the 800m (2011, 2012). Ambrosi was also a member of the 2009 winning 4x400m relay team and helped guide the Greyhounds to the 2010 Landmark Indoor Track & Field Championship.

  

Ozzie Brown | Moravian College

Ozzie Brown competed one year in the Landmark, but made an impact. Brown won seven events at the indoor meet: 55m, 200m 55mH, 4x200 relay, 4x400m relay, high jump, and long jump. His time of 6.41 in the 55m dash is still a conference championship record as well as his time of 7.60 in the 55mH. Brown capped off his career with being selected as the 2008 Landmark Field Athlete of the Year.
  

Nicco Dalpiaz | Moravian College

Nicco Dalpiaz was a three-time First Team All-Conference selection for Moravian (4x200m relay, 55mH, 60mH), and a three-time Second Team selection  in the Pole Vault. He was a member of the 2010 championship team, and was selected to the Landmark Academic Honor Roll team from 2010-2012.

  

Kyle D'Angelo | Moravian College

Kyle D'Angelo helped anchor the 4x200m relay team that won the title from 2009-2012. The groups time of 1:30.56 set in 2011 is still a conference champioship record. He was a Second Team All-Conference selection in 2012 in the 200m dash, and was named to the Academic Honor Roll Team in 2010 and 2012.

  

Kristopher Joint | Moravian College

Kristopher Joint was a five-time First Team Selection for Moravian. He won the long jump in 2013 and 2014, and was the champion in the triple jump from 2012-2014. He has two conference championship record in the long jump (7.17m - 2014) and the triple jump (14.42m - 2013). A member of the 2010 Landmark championship team, Joint was named the Field Athlete of the Year in 2013 and 2014.

Timothy Layng | Moravian College

Timothy Layng was the Landmark pole vault champion from 2010-2012 and was a member of the 4x200m championship relay team in 2012. He was a member of the 2010 Landmark championship team, and was named to the Landmark Academic Honor Roll from 2010-2012, and the Academic Team in 2011 and 2012.

Blair Maginnis | Moravian College

Blair Maginnis won the shot put and the weight throw in 2008 and 2009. His mark of 15.54m in the shot put is a conference championship record. A member of the 2008 Landmark Championship team, Maginnis was named the 2009 Field Athlete of the Year and earned a spot on the Landmark Academic Honor Roll teams in 2009.

Eric Woodruff | Moravian College

Eric Woodruff is a 11-time First Team All-Conference Selection from 2009-2011, including a four-time selection in the 4x200m relay. He was also a three-time selection in the 200m dash. His time of 1:30.56 in the 4x200 and 22.12 in the 200m dash are conference championship records. A member of the 2008 and 2010 Landmark Championship teams, Woodruff was voted the Track Athlete of the Year in 2011.

Cedric Barfield | Susquehanna University

Cedric Barfield was a member of the winning 4x200m relay team in 2014 and 2015, as well as the 2014 4x400m relay team.

Colin Eberhardt | Susquehanna University

Colin Eberhardt was a four-time Landmark First Team selection for Susquehanna, including a three-time champion in the mile (2014-2016). He was selected to the Landmark Academic Honor Roll team in 2014 and 2015.

Marcus Gabeau | Susquehanna University

Marcus Gabeau was a member of the winning 4x200m relay team from 2014-2016. His best time was 1:31.61 at the 2015 indoor championship meet.

Kwane Hayle | Susquehanna University

Kwane Hayle left Susquehanna as a 11-time First Team selection. He won the 60m and 200m dash all four years he was at Susquehanna and helped the 4x200m relay team to a championship from 2014-2016. His time if 6.92 in the 60m is a conference championship record, and he was voted the Landmark Track Athlete of the Year in 2013, 2015, and 2016.

Ken Schetroma | Susquehanna University

Ken Schetroma won the shot put and weigth throw from 2011-2013. He was named the Landmark Field Athlete of the Year in 2011 and 2012.

Tom Schetroma | Susquehanna University

Like his brother Ken, Tom was a two-time First Team selection in the shot put (2014, 2016) and was named to the Second Team in 2015. He was also named to the Second Team in the weight throw in 2016. Schetroma was named to the Academic Honor Roll in 2013.

Paul Thistle | Susquehanna University

Paul Thistle was a eight-time First Team All-Conference selection for Susquehanna. Thistle was a three-time champion in the 5000m race (2008-2010) and a two-time champion in the 800m run and the mile. His time of 1:55.10 in the 800m, set in 2009 in a conference record. He was a two-time Track Athlete of the Year and a was named to the Academic Honor Roll team in each eligible semester.

Tomas Sanchez | USMMA

Tomas Sanchez was a three-time First Team All-Conference selection. He won the 400m dash in 2012 and 2015 and was the runner-up in 2016. He was a member of the champion 4x400m relay team in 2012, which set a conference record with a time of 3:28.32 and placed second in 2013.
