Garrett became the sixth different individual champion for the Blue Jays at the conference championships. He joins Dan Gresh (2014), Zach Trama (2015), and Samuel Gerstenbacher (2017, 2018, 2019) as the fourth champion for Etown. The junior pulled away from the field over the last stretch and ran a 25:37.7 to claim the individual honors.

Joining Garrett on the first team from Etown was Christian Schaaf, who crossed the finish line third. Catholic University's John O'Rourke finished runner-up and teammate Brian Reinhart placed fifth to earn First Team Honors. Moravian University's Nate Hajel was the top-performing first-year runner, placing seventh and earning Rookie of the Year honors. Hajel is the fourth Greyhound to be named Landmark Rookie of the Year, joining Alec Duncan (2011), Dominic DeRafelo (2018), and Darlyn Fermin (2019). Shane Mckeon of The University of Scranton (sixth) and Susquehanna's Jack Warehime (fourth) round out the First Team selections.

Moravian head coach Jesse Baumann and his staff earned their third conference Coaching Staff of the Year after guiding the Greyhounds to their third team title.

Hoffmann completed the 6,000-meter course in 22:58.7 to earn Women's Cross Country Performer of the Year honors. The only other Royal to previously win the Landmark title was Abigail Corrigan in 2017.

A trio from Susquehanna nabbed First Team honors to help the River Hawks win the program's third Landmark title. Kallan Carter led the group, finishing as the runner-up. Marissa Kleman placed one spot behind Carter in third and Emma Myers finished her first Landmark Cross Country Championships in fifth. Myers was the top-placing first-year runner and earned Rookie of the Year accolades. She is the fourth SU women's runner to earn the honor, joining Casey Hess (2008), Ashley West (2012), and Kallan Carter (2019). Catholic University's Paige Wilderotter (seventh) and Moravian University's Natalie Stabilito (fourth) round out the First Team.

Susquehanna head coach Jeremiah Clinchoc and his staff earned Coaching Staff of the Year after guiding the River Hawks to their third title.
