Men's Swimming: Tommy Nappi (University of Scranton)
Tommy Nappi delivered a standout performance at the Electric City Invitational, pivotal to the Royals' team victory. Nappi captured titles in the 200-yard individual medley (2:00.23) and the 100-yard breaststroke (1:01.34), showcasing his versatility and speed. He also contributed to Scranton's relay success, swimming the second leg of the winning 400-yard medley relay team. His efforts were instrumental in securing the team title and highlighted his impressive form this season.
Women's Swimming: Gracie Harding (Elizabethtown College)
Gracie Harding had a record-breaking performance at the York Spartan Splash, setting a new program mark in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 24.19. She claimed first place in the 50 free, earning runner-up finishes in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:07.50) and 100-yard freestyle (54.65), all career-best times.
Contributing across multiple events, Harding helped secure podium finishes in the 200 medley relay (2nd), 200 free relay (3rd), 800 free relay (3rd), and 400 free relay (3rd). Her efforts were a bright spot as the Blue Jays finished fourth overall with 485 points in the competitive five-team field.
