This year's squad once again leads the league in both offensive and defensive efficiency, hitting .275 while holding opponents to just .135.

Scranton returns to the postseason for the 15th consecutive year and earns a first-round bye for the third straight season. The Royals, who missed the conference tournament only once (2009), only lost one conference match this season, coming at the hands of Juniata in a five-set thriller (18-25, 25-22, 19-25, 25-23, 7-15). Scranton ranks second in the Landmark with a .206 hitting percentage and enters the postseason with momentum, having gone 8-2 over its final 10 matches.

Catholic makes its third straight postseason appearance and will host Elizabethtown in the first round. The meeting marks the first-ever Landmark postseason matchup between the two programs. The Cardinals earned a 3-1 victory over the Blue Jays in the regular season matchup at Elizabethtown and will look to repeat that success at home. Catholic finished the regular season with just two conference losses, both to top seeds Juniata and Scranton.

The River Hawks return to the Landmark postseason for the 17th time, having missed the tournament only once since 2007. This marks the first trip under first-year head coach Johnny Powell and the second straight season as the fourth seed. Susquehanna finished 5-4 in conference play and earned the tiebreaker over Moravian with a head-to-head win in the regular season. The River Hawks will host Moravian in their first-ever Landmark postseason meeting.

The Greyhounds, under first-year head coach Amable Martinez, return to the Landmark postseason for the first time since 2017. Moravian finished 5-4 in conference play, earning the fifth seed via tiebreakers, and marks the program's ninth appearance in the Landmark Tournament since its inception in 2007-08. Moravian will travel to Susquehanna for its first-ever postseason meeting.

The Blue Jays make their sixth straight postseason appearance and will travel to Catholic for the first-ever Landmark playoff meeting between the two programs. Elizabethtown finished 3-6 in conference play and 18-14 overall, rounding out the six-team field. The Blue Jays are looking to reach the semifinals for the third straight year, but enter Tuesday's matchup seeking redemption after a 3-1 loss to Catholic at home during the regular season.
