Di Nicolantonio Garners Academic All-America Honors for Second Time

AUSTIN, Texas - Christian Di Nicolantonio has been named a College Sports Communicators Third Team Academic All-American, making him the first student-athlete in school history to earn multiple Academic All-America honors.

2024-24 Academic All-America Release | 2024-25 Landmark Academic All-Americans

Di Nicolantonio is one of seven student-athletes to earn a repeat selection to the CSC Academic All-America team in 2025 as he completed a standout career with the Cardinals.

The Stafford, Va. native recently graduated from Catholic with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, posting a 3.55 grade point average as a member of the Catholic University Honors Program. During the 2024-25 season, Di Nicolantonio was on pace to make another run at a national championship before suffering an injury that knocked him out of competition before the NCAA Indoor Championships. At the time of his injury, he was the top seed in Division III after becoming just the 13th Division III athlete to clear 5.25 meters.

The 2024 NCAA Division III Outdoor Pole Vault champion completed a historic career at Catholic, picking up a pair of First Team All-America honors, seven all-region honors, four Landmark Conference Championships, and two conference records. Di Nicolantonio was a College Sports Communicators Second Team Academic All-American in 2024 and the Landmark's Indoor Senior Scholar-Athlete in 2025.

Di Nicolantonio's honor gives Catholic 20 all-time Academic All-America nods and four for the men's track & field program.
