Landmark Conference Yearbook
After finishing the previous year with just one win, Goucher Women’s Basketball bounced back with an impressive 14–12 season, one for the record books.
Throughout the season, the Gophers shattered numerous program records, including total points scored, as well as points scored in a single half and quarter. They also rewrote the record books in categories such as field goal attempts, three-point attempts, and free throw attempts, setting new single-game highs not only for attempts but for makes in each of those areas.
Beyond team records, the Gophers earned multiple conference-level accolades. One standout player, Meona Boykin, was named Rookie of the Year, earned First Team All-Conference honors, and led the conference in both total points and steals for the season. The team also posted seven of the ten highest-scoring games across the conference and held the top twelve spots for most field goal attempts in a single game.
Crowning an already historic run, the Gophers secured a spot in their first-ever Landmark Conference postseason appearance, earning the final seed.
To cap it all off, Goucher College Women’s Basketball was named the 2024–2025 NCAA Division III statistical champion in three national categories: Scoring Offense, Turnover Margin, and Steals Per Game
