Dillon Farrell - Moravian (So., North Wales, Pa.)
Farrell earned Landmark Conference Male Runner of the Year honors for his first place finish at the 2012 Landmark Conference Championships. Farrell finished the 8,000-meter course in 26:02.60, 43.5 seconds ahead of the runner-up, to lead Moravian to its second straight Landmark Conference title. This marks Farrell's fifth Runner of the Week accolade this season.

Jennifer Van Wingerden - Drew (Sr., Columbia, N.J)
Van Wingerden became the first Drew runner to win a conference championship this weekend as she finished with time of 22:52 to cross the finish line first in the women's 6K. She is the second women's runner in school history to earn all-conference honors and the first since 2006. This marks Van Wingerden's fourth Runner of the Week honor this season.

Dillon Farrell - Moravian (So., North Wales, Pa.)
Farrell turned in the fastest 8K time in Landmark history knocking more than a minute off of his season best to place 17th at the Princeton University Invitational. The sophomore finished the race in 24:44 and was the fourth non-NCAA Division I runner to finish the championship race. |

Katherine Currier - Goucher (Fr., Brooklyn, N.Y.)
Currier earns back-to-back honors this week after completing the Gettysburg Invitational 6K race in 22:37 to finish fifth overall. She improved her best time this year by nearly 20 seconds and posted the fastest time in the Landmark this season. Her time ranks 11th all-time in the conference and second in Goucher history. |

John Weldon - USMMA (Fr., Houston, Texas)
Weldon led USMMA to a first place finish at the NJIT Highland Invitational on Sunday when he placed ninth overall in a field of 160 runners. He finished the 8K race in 26:30 and broke his personal record by 45 seconds. |

Katherine Currier - Goucher (So., Brooklyn, N.Y.)
Currier won the Goucher Classic in a field of 90 runners after finishing as runner-up in the same race a year ago. She completed the 6K in 23:35.20, 20 seconds ahead of the competition and nearly two minutes faster than last year. Currier helped the Gophers to a second place team finish. |

Farrell led the Moravian men's cross country team to a 25th place finish at the 39th Annual Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh University. Farrell finished the 8K in 25:47 to place 16th overall and third amongst NCAA Division III competition. His time marks the fastest Landmark time this season and the 15th all-time in conference history. |

Jennifer Van Wingerden - Drew (Sr., Augusta, N.J.)
Drew's Van Wingerden finished second at the 39th Annual Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh University amongst 281 runners. She finished the 6K in 22:43, just two seconds behind the winner and nine seconds faster than her own school record. Van Wingerden's time ranks the fastest in the conference this season and 16th in the Landmark all-time. |

Paul Crowe - Susquehanna (So., Boalsburg, Pa.)
Crowe led Susquehanna University to a sixth place finish at the Lock Haven River Run 8K on Saturday. Crowe smashed his previous personal record by 41 seconds to finish 34th in 26:55.2 amongst 176 runners. |

Ashley West - Susquehanna (Fr., East Hampton, N.Y.)
West was Susquehanna's top finisher for the third straight meet this fall with a time of 23:21.5 on the 6K Lock Haven River Run course. West placed 18th overall in the field of 151 runners and set a new personal record. |

Farrell won the Juniata Invitational 8K race in 28:18.60 to lead the field of 78 runners and earn his second Runner of the Week award. He posted the fastest time in the 8K so far this season and paced Moravian to the team victory as the team edged Susquehanna by one point in a tune-up on the course to be used later this season for the 2012 Landmark Conference Championships. |

Drew's Van Wingerden won the Juniata Invitational 6K race in a new school record time of 22:52.60. The senior paced the 60 runners and broke into the top 20 of Landmark Conference 6K times all-time. She surpassed her previous personal best by 39 seconds and won the race by nearly four seconds earning her first individual win this season and second Runner of the Week accolade. |

Andrew Walsh - Merchant Marine (Fr., Granville, Ohio)
Walsh led the Mariners to a first place finish at the Purchase College Invitational by winning the race in 28:44. The freshman ran the 8K race 30 seconds faster than last year's Invitational winner

Katrina Woods - Juniata (Jr., Shirleysburg, Pa.)
Woods finished fourth individually at the Lebanon Valley Invitational 5K on Saturday. The junior ran the race in 19:09.94 helping the team to finish fourth amongst 12 teams at the meet.

Dillon Farrell paced Moravian at the Lehigh University Invitational Friday evening with a seventh place finish of 107 runners in a time of 18:53.16 on the 6,000-meter course. Farrell was the third non-NCAA Division I runner to cross the finish line.

Jennifer Van Wingerden was the top Division III runner at the Monmouth Kick-off Classic this weekend, finishing sixth overall. She shattered her own school record in the 4K by 33 seconds, coming in with a time of 14:45. She broke the school mark last year at the same race with a time of 15:18.
