NCAA Postgraduate Scholars

Created in 1964, NCAA postgraduate scholarships promote and encourage education by rewarding the Association's most accomplished student-athletes. 
  • Student-athletes in their final season of NCAA eligibility, or who have completed it
  • Student-athletes in their final undergraduate year, or who have earned their degree
  • A cumulative undergraduate GPA of at least 3.20 on a 4.00 scale, excluding graduate-level coursework
  • Varsity-level competition in the sport of nomination, combined with strong academic performance, campus involvement and community service
  • Enrollment in a graduate degree-granting program within one year of the award
  • International student-athletes are eligible. Student-athletes at provisional member institutions are not
