Sarah Twiggs has served as the Landmark Conference’s Assistant Commissioner since June 2015. In this role, she oversees athletic communications, championships, the conference website, awards, and record books, playing a central role in the conference’s day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives.
Before joining the Landmark, Twiggs built a diverse background in sports administration through internships with the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC), the Cleveland Cavaliers (night sales and basketball communications), the Colorado Springs Sky Sox (marketing and promotions), and the Visalia Rawhide (sales). She also gained valuable hands-on experience as a graduate assistant for sports information at Ohio Dominican University and later as an Assistant Sports Information Director at Thiel College.
Twiggs is actively involved at the national level. She currently serves on the NCAA Women’s Volleyball Rules Committee and as the conference liaison to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-America Committee. She has also contributed to NCAA Regional Advisory Committees for men’s soccer, softball, and volleyball.
Originally from Ohio, Twiggs holds a bachelor’s degree in sport business from Mount Union and an MBA from Ohio Dominican University.
