Women's Soccer 12/19/2024 12:31:03 PM Three Named to USC Women's Soccer Scholar All-Region Teams Kansas City, Mo. – Three women's soccer student-athletes from the Landmark Conference have earned spots on the 2024 United Soccer Coaches (USC) Scholar All-East Region Third Team, as announced on Thursday, December 19. All-Region Teams Hailey Scaff, an early childhood education major with a 3.92 grade point average, anchored Moravian University's defense in a record-setting season. A two-time Landmark Defensive Player of the Year and two-time All-Conference First Team honoree, Scaff helped the Greyhounds post 13 shutouts, tying the single-season program record, while limiting opponents to just 0.55 goals per match. In 69 career games, she tallied two goals and three assists, including a game-winner during the 2024 season. Scaff also earned College Sports Communicators Academic All-District recognition earlier this year. Nicole Olson, a senior goalkeeper from The University of Scranton, boasts an impressive 3.97 grade point average as a kinesiology major. Olson started all 23 games this season, tying for second nationally with 13 shutouts. Her accolades include being named a College Sports Communicators First Team Academic All-American, Landmark Senior Scholar-Athlete, and Academic All-District honoree. The Stoughton, Mass., native, earned USC Scholar All-Region honors for the second straight year. Claire Mulholland of The University of Scranton is excelling both on and off the field. A graduate student in the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program with a flawless 4.00 grade point average and a cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.94, Mulholland captained Scranton while setting career highs with 15 points on five goals and five assists this season. Starting all 22 games, the Marlton, N.J., native also earned College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors earlier this year. This is her first career USC Scholar All-Region selection.
