Cohen & Parker Named to 2025 NCAA Division III PING All-Region Team

NORMAN, Okla. – Drew University men's golf student-athletes Avery Cohen and Elliot Parker have been named to the 2025 NCAA Division III PING All-Region Team, as announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) on Sunday evening.

Both were selected to the Region III team.

Cohen and Parker were two of 15 student-athletes from Region 3 named to the team. Their selections marked the first time in the eight-year history of the program that multiple Rangers earned all-region honors in the same year.

It was the third consecutive season that Parker earned all-region accolades while Cohen collected the first all-region award of his career.

Drew has now had an all-region selection in men's golf four years in a row, as Parker earned the same award in each of the past two seasons while Head Coach Lucas Artigliere C'23 was the program's first all-region pick in 2022.

Players across seven regions were honored by the GCAA.

Cohen has shot a team-leading 23 rounds this season while averaging a 74.1 – a mark that ranks second among the Rangers. He shot a career-low, 6-under-par 66 – one shy of the school record – in the second round of the Golden Oaks Shootout on Sept. 29 and finished with a 36-hole score of 142 to place second overall. He won the Drew Birdie Bash for the "B" team with a 3-under 69, and he also fired a 69 in the opening round of The Ruckus on March 22. In addition, Cohen tied for seventh place with a 151 (73-78) at the Landmark Conference Championships, earning Second Team All-Landmark Conference honors.

Parker, who is also a two-time Division III All-American, has led the Rangers once again this season, averaging a team-leading and career-low 71.1 over 22 rounds. He currently ranks 27th in Division III as of the latest Clippd rankings and has won six of his 11 events while finishing in the top-10 all but once. Parker shot a season-low 67 in the opening round of the Golden Oaks Shootout, where he fired a school record for 36 holes, winning the event with a 135 (67-68). At the Landmark Conference Championships, Parker shot a 146 (73-73) and placed third, earning First Team All-Landmark honors for the third straight season.

Cohen and Parker helped the Rangers win their second Landmark Conference title in program history this past spring, as the team captured the conference crown by one stroke (600-601) over the University of Scranton to earn an automatic berth in the NCAA Division III Championships, which will be held Tuesday through Friday at Midvale Country Club in Penfield, N.Y.
