Defensive Player of the Year: Eileen Hewitt (University of Scranton)
Rookie of the Year: Abby DiComes  (Susquehanna University)
Coaching Staff of the Year: The University of Scranton

Jillian Lopez was named the 2026 Offensive Player of the Year, making her the second Royal to receive this honor since the major award was split in 2019. The junior captain has helped lead her team to a perfect conference record and an overall record of 14-4, and the program's ninth conference championship appearance. Now a three-time All Conference selection, she continues to power the offense, leading the team in goals (72) and points per game (4.67), scoring at least two goals in all games but one.

Eileen Hewitt gets to add 2026 Defensive Player of the Year to her resume, after being named 2024 Rookie of the Year and First Team All-Conference in 2024 and 2025. She is the second Royal to earn this honor, joining Emily Schum ‘22. A dominant force on the defensive end, she leads the team in caused turnovers (38), ground balls (54), and draw controls (92). She is part of the defensive unit that, in conference play, limited opponents to 50 goals against, resulting in a 5.71 goals-against average.

The Royals, who are the No. 1 seed in the Landmark Conference Tournament, will host Catholic University this Saturday, May 2.

Abby DiComes becomes the fourth River Hawk to earn Landmark Rookie of the Year honors, joining Emily Stankaitis ‘13,  Annie McElaney ‘16, and senior teammate Abby Andrus. She contributed to the Susquehanna offense with 25 goals and 17 assists, for a total of 42 points. During the postseason, she recorded two goals and one assist in the Landmark Tournament.

The University of Scranton has been named Landmark Coaching Staff of the Year for the second year in a row. Now in her seventh season, head coach Chrissy Trescavage has guided the Royals to a perfect 9-0 record in conference play and the top seed in the Landmark Conference Tournament. Scranton has won the last three Landmark titles and will look to make it four.
