Friday Focus with Sarah Spring

TOWSON, Md. – Every Friday, the Landmark Conference spotlights one of its standout student-athletes in the Friday Focus series. This week’s feature highlights Sarah Spring, a member of the Lycoming College women’s lacrosse team. From meaningful pregame traditions to the mindset that keeps her pushing through tough training sessions, Spring shares what drives her on and off the field as a Warrior.

Favorite team tradition?
Before every game, we talk in the locker room and share who on the team we’re “playing for” that game. Sometimes it’s for the seniors, for the defense, or for a specific player.

If you could have dinner with any athlete, who would it be?

What motivates you when training gets tough?
Knowing that I have to do my best not just for myself but for my teammates as well
