Landmark Announces Athletes of the Week

TOWSON, Md. -The Landmark Conference has released the Athletes of the Week. The conference will recognize a student-athlete for each sport based on their contributions to their team throughout the season.

During the fall season, field hockey, soccer, and volleyball will be announced on Monday, followed by golf and swimming and
diving on Tuesday.

Field Hockey Offensive - Reagan Dolan (Scranton)

Dolan scored three goals on the week including a goal in Saturday's 2-0 victory over Susquehanna as the Royals pulled into a tie for first place in the Landmark standings. The Broomall, Pa., native also added two goals in a 10-0 win over Goucher on Tuesday.

Field Hockey Defensive - Olyvia Jackson (Drew)

Jackson allowed just two goals over 120 minutes in a 2-0 week for Drew. She collected seven saves in a 4-1 victory at Cedar Crest, then stopped five shots as the Rangers topped Juniata 2-1. Jackson shut out the Eagles over the first 59 minutes, allowing her team to build a 2-0 lead before Juniata scored in the final minute.

Men's Soccer Offensive - Gordie Bernlohr (Catholic)

Bernlohr led a Cardinal offense that averaged one goal per 20 minutes of game time this week. He bagged a brace while also providing one assist against Goucher and added another goal against Moravian.

Men's Soccer Defensive - Calum Erlenborn (Drew)

Erlenborn made four saves while picking up his sixth shutout of the season in a 2-0 victory at Scranton. He was also credited with one save in a 2-2 tie at Juniata.

Women's Soccer Offensive - Niamh Healy (Scranton)

Healy scored the lone goal of the game just 26 seconds into the second half to give the Royals a 1-0 lead that they would not relinquish on Saturday at Susquehanna. With the win, the Royals took over sole possession of first place in the Landmark Conference.

Women's Soccer Defensive - Nicole Olson (Scranton)

Olson made three saves and helped lead the Royals to a 1-0 shutout win over Susquehanna on Saturday and into first place in the Landmark Conference.

Volleyball - Olivia Foley (Juniata)

Foley led the Eagles to three wins, including two over regionally ranked opponents (Carnegie-Mellon & Smith). She was named the Most Valuable Player of the Wid Guisler Invitational, averaging 10.11 assists per set as the Eagles hit .270 as a team over the three matches. She added 14 kills, 14 digs, and three total blocks on the weekend.
