TOWSON, Md. - The Landmark Conference selects 22 senior scholar-athletes each year to recognize the top student-athlete in each sport based on academics and athletics.
The honorees must have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.20 and are selected by a committee of Landmark Conference officers, athletics directors, senior woman administrators, faculty athletic representatives, and sports information directors.
Bryanna Miller, a two-time Second Team All-Conference selection (2019, 2021) and First Team All-Conference selection (2022) for Elizabethtown College, surpassed 1,000 career kills this season with 1,019. During her career, she was also named Landmark Conference Athlete of the Week and earned a spot on the Landmark Academic Honor Roll twice. Miller set career-highs in service aces (56) and block assists (30) this season while also totaling 315 kills and 301 digs on the season.
The outside hitter wrapped up her career ninth in kills, fourth in kills per set (3.36), eighth in digs per set (3.16), tenth in aces (156), and third in aces per set (0.51) in Etown program history.
Off the court, Miller is a Biology major with a concentration in Allied Health and holds a 3.70 grade point average. The Lancaster, Pa. native received the Emergent Scholar Award her sophomore year and has earned the biology department achievement certificate for the past three years. She is also in the honors program and has made Dean's List. Miller is also a member of Tri-Beta and Alpha Lambda.
Outside of the classroom, Miller is a tour guide for admissions, tutors for anatomy and organic chemistry and is a Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) representative. She is also a Hidden Opponent Campus Captain and worked at Masonic Village as a CNA last year.
Miller is the second Elizabethtown women's volleyball player to earn the award as Mackenzie Garner earned the award in 2019.
