Juniata's Rushing Named to College Sports Communicators Academic All-America Team

AUSTIN, Texas – Juniata women’s volleyball standout Isabella Rushing capped an outstanding season by earning a spot on the College Sports Communicators Academic All-America® Second Team for 2025, recognizing excellence both on the court and in the classroom.

2025 Division III Academic All-America Team

She was the lone underclassman selected to the Division III Academic All-America® Team. As an environmental science major, Rushing maintains a 3.96 grade point average.

On the court, Rushing added an impressive collection of honors during the 2025 season. She was named an honorable mention All-American by the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA), earned AVCA All-Region recognition, and was selected as the Landmark Conference Specialist of the Year. Rushing also garnered All-Landmark Second Team honors.
