Monaghan is coming off an impressive championship game, helping Scranton secure the program's 11th Landmark title, and ninth in the last 10 years after scoring 14 points on 5-of-13 shooting. In 27 games, the Florham Park, NJ native has scored in double-digits in 22 games and averages 14.3 points per game.

Ryan earns her first All-Conference nod after a standout junior campaign. Ryan started in 23 games where she averaged 12.0 points, 7.1 rebounds, 1.7 steals, and 0.6 blocked shots. She is part of the Scranton team and led the league in defensive scoring, limiting opponents to just 48.3 points per game.

She is just the third Lady Royal to be voted Defensive Player of the Year, joining Emily Sheehan, who was honored in both 2019 and 2020.

Kranson is coming off a championship game that saw her be named the Most Valuable Player of the women's basketball tournament after putting together a dominant performance of 19 points, 12 rebounds, and five assists. On the season, Kranson averages 14.7 points per game and 6.3 rebounds.

The rookie is the sole freshman to earn All-Conference honors.

First-year head coach O'Brien led the Lady Royals to a 27-0 record this season. His squad ranks second in scoring, averaging 74.8 points per game, first in defensive scoring, limiting teams to only 48.3 points per game, and first in scoring margin, averaging 21.5 against the competition.
