These honorees must maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.20 and are chosen by a committee comprising Landmark Conference officers, athletics directors, senior woman administrators, faculty athletic representatives, athletic communications personnel, and diversity, ethnicity, and inclusion designees.

Sean Nolan of Goucher College has been named the Landmark Conference Senior Scholar-Athlete. Nolan joins previous honorees Alex Boucher (2009), Bryce Carson (2013), and Matt Woodson (2020) in receiving this prestigious recognition.

As a three-year starter for the Gophers, Nolan earned his first All-Conference honor in 2024 by being named to the Second Team. His contributions were
key in boosting Goucher's wins from two in 2022 to nine in 2024. Additionally, he ranks fourth in program history with 99 caused turnovers.

Nolan has been selected for the Landmark Academic Honor Roll three times and has been on the Goucher Dean's List. He was also honored twice as the College's Chemist of the Year.

Graduating with a 3.86 GPA as a biochemistry and molecular biology (pre-med concentration) major, Nolan was an active member of the Gopher Leadership Academy. He notably collaborated with Professor Kevin Schultz on research
aimed at creating new flavonoid variations for Alzheimer's drugs.
