Men's Soccer 12/17/2025 3:30:00 PM Scranton Athletic Communications Three Scranton Men's Soccer Student-Athletes Named USC Scholar All-Region Kansas City, Mo. – Three men's soccer student-athletes from the Landmark Conference have earned spots on the 2025 United Soccer Coaches (USC) Scholar All-Region Teams, as announced on Wednesday, December 17. Logan Campbell, Charlie Smith, and Drew Paxson, all of the University of Scranton, earned First Team recognition. United Soccer Coaches Release Campbell earned the honor for the second straight year. A Business Analytics major with a 3.99 grade point average, he served as a center back and was a key contributor to Scranton's defensive unit throughout the season, helping the Royals lead the nation in shutout percentage and goals-against average. Smith received First Team Scholar All-East Region recognition for the first time following an outstanding season in goal. A Finance major with a 3.65 GPA, Smith led the nation in both goals-against average and save percentage while anchoring the Royals' defense. Paxson also earned First Team Scholar All-East Region honors for the first time after excelling both academically and on the field. A Business Analytics major with a 3.70 GPA, Paxson played center back and contributed on both sides of the ball, totaling four goals and four assists during the season.
