What led you to a career in college athletics?
Was previously a track & field athlete in college. Got hurt a couple of times during pivotal moments in my athletic career, and I was lucky enough to have an athletic trainer to help me through those times. I knew I wanted to be directly involved with sports somehow, and this was an option for me that I felt resonated the closest to any athlete.

What’s your favorite part of your current role?
Funny enough, it has to be the injury aspect of the job. Breaking down injuries and figuring out what's wrong is the fun part of the job because it tests my critical thinking skills the most. It's almost like solving a Rubik's Cube.

How do you define success in your work?
Giving the best care to my athletes that allows them to maintain the functionality of their sport, along with their day-to-day activities.

What advice do you give student-athletes about leadership?
Lead by example, always step up to the plate without being asked or told to do so.

How does your department celebrate student success?
By celebrating little moments, whether it be completing a workout, an exercise, a game, or a competition. No success is too short in our department.

Favorite Landmark Conference memory or event?
Men's Lacrosse winning ECAC.

Best part of being at your school?
The community I get to be a part of, the success, the trials, all of it.

What’s your go-to coffee order or campus snack?
The only right answer is RITZ bits, the cheesy kind.
