TOWSON, Md. - The Landmark Conference announced its 2024-25 Women's Indoor Track & Field All-Conference honorees, recognizing the top performers from this year's championship meet. First-Team honors were awarded to student-athletes who secured first-place finishes in their respective events, while Second-Team recognition went to those who placed second. Additionally, competitors who finished third earned Honorable Mention accolades.
Track Performer of the Year: Nancy Nyadongo (Goucher College)
Field Performer of the Year: Aryanna Paulena (Goucher College)
Rookie of the Year: Nancy Nyadongo (Goucher College)
Coaching Staff of the Year: Moravian University
Nancy Nyadongo delivered a breakout performance at the Landmark Conference Championships, earning both Track Performer of the Year and Rookie of the Year honors—the first athlete to claim both awards since 2013. The Goucher College sprinter dominated the competition, winning the 60m dash and 200m dash, with her 200m time of 25.09 setting new conference and meet records. Nyadongo shattered the previous Landmark record of 25.21, set by Moravian University's Amanda Crooks in 2020, and erased a meet record that had stood since 2009 when Moravian's Sydni Wisniewski ran 25.99. She becomes just the second Gopher to win two major postseason awards in the same year, joining Carter Hinton-Ayodele, who was named Rookie and Field Performer of the Year.
Aryanna Paulena made her mark at the Landmark Conference Championships, earning Goucher College's second-ever Field Performer of the Year honor and the first since Carter Hinton-Ayodele in 2022. Paulena showcased her versatility across multiple events, tying for first in the high jump with a mark of 1.60m while also securing second-place finishes in the triple jump (11.39m) and pole vault (3.68m).
Led by head coach Jesse Baumann, the Moravian University coaching staff earned its eighth Women's Coaching Staff of the Year honor after guiding the Greyhounds to their 13th Landmark Conference indoor title—and their first since 2020. Moravian dominated the competition, amassing 145 total points and capturing five individual titles across the 17-event championship slate.
