Men's Lacrosse Offensive: Tyler May (Goucher College)
Tyler May was a key asset to the 2-0 week for the Gophers. Against Neumann, May added seven points, with six goals and one assist. In the game, he also caused one turnover and collected a ground ball. In the game against Albright, he recorded seven points with four goals and three assists. This included the game-winning goal to seal the victory for the Gophers with less than 30 seconds left. He caused two turnovers and collected two ground balls.
Men's Lacrosse Defensive: Brayden Franey (Elizabethtown College)
Brayden Franey made a season-high 19 saves in Saturday's 14-6 win at St. Mary's (Md.). Franey allowed just two goals over the final 45 minutes of action with a .760 save percentage to help the Jays to their second win of the season.
Women's Lacrosse Offensive: Jillian Lopez (University of Scranton)
Jillian Lopez scored 10 goals on the week and helped lead the Royals to a 12-10 victory over No. 11 Ithaca on Saturday when she matched her career-high with five goals. She also scored five goals on Wednesday in Scranton's 15-10 loss to No. 13 TCNJ. She additionally added 10 draw controls, and three groundballs to her stat sheet.
Women's Lacrosse Defensive: Eileen Hewitt (University of Scranton)
Eileen Hewitt recorded 11 draw controls, eight ground balls, and six caused turnovers on the week. She helped lead Scranton to a 12-10 win over No. 11 Ithaca on Sunday, where she had three groundballs and four caused turnovers. She also assisted on the offensive end with one goal and three assists. In the loss to 13th-ranked TCNJ, she had six draw controls, five groundballs, and two caused turnovers.
