Track and Field 3/13/2026 9:00:28 PM Drew, Moravian, Scranton Athletic Communications White, Vashey Earn All-America Honors at NCAA Division III Indoor Championships Camlet posts strong showing in 400-meter dash preliminaries BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Landmark Conference student-athletes represented the league on the national stage at the 2026 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships, highlighted by All-America performances from the University of Scranton’s Molly White and Moravian University’s Karalyn Vashey, along with a strong showing from Drew University’s Emily Camlet. Scranton senior Molly White delivered a historic performance in the pentathlon, finishing eighth overall with a program-record and personal-best 3,558 points to earn First Team All-America honors. White becomes just the second First Team All-American in program history for the Royals’ track & field program, joining Caroline Banas, who earned the distinction in the high jump in 2018. White opened the five-event competition with a personal-best and program-record time of 9.03 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles to place ninth. She followed with a clearance of 1.58 meters in the high jump and a mark of 9.09 meters in the shot put before recording an eighth-place finish in the long jump with a leap of 5.18 meters. Entering the final event just outside the top eight, White surged to a first-place finish in the 800 meters with a personal-best time of 2:17.13, securing the points needed to move into eighth place overall and clinch All-America honors. Moravian University senior Karalyn Vashey placed 15th in the 20-pound weight throw with a mark of 16.41 meters (53-10.25) in her first career appearance at the national championship. Vashey opened the competition with a throw of 16.30 meters (53-5.75) before recording her best mark on her final preliminary attempt. Her performance secured All-America recognition, as the top eight finishers earn First Team honors, and places nine through 16 receive Second Team distinction. Drew University senior Emily Camlet competed in the 400-meter dash preliminaries, finishing 17th with a time of 56.64 seconds in her second consecutive appearance at the indoor national meet. Camlet improved her placement by three spots from the 2025 championship.
