TOWSON, Md. - The Landmark Conference has announced the 2026 Men’s Lacrosse All-Conference Team and major award winners, recognizing the top performers from across the league following the regular season. Goucher College's Jacob Morgan was named Offensive Player of the Year, while The University of Scranton’s Colin Giarrusso earned Defensive Player of the Year honors. Catholic University's Burke Healy was selected Rookie of the Year, and Scranton was named Coaching Staff of the Year alongside the All-Conference selections.
Offensive Player of the Year: Jacob Morgan (Goucher College)
Defensive Player of the Year: Colin Giarrusso (University of Scranton)
Rookie of the Year: Burke Healy (Catholic University)
Coaching Staff of the Year: University of Scranton
Morgan becomes the first player from Goucher to earn the award since the league split its major honors into offensive and defensive categories in 2019.
He wraps up a standout career with the Gophers as a three-time All-Conference selection. He was named Rookie of the Year in 2023, earned Second Team All-Conference honors in 2024, received Honorable Mention recognition in 2025, and finished his senior season on the First Team while adding Offensive Player of the Year honors.
Morgan set the Landmark Conference career record with 318 points and currently ranks tied for third all-time with 153 goals. He also finishes his career with 165 assists. This season, he posted 52 goals and 52 assists for 104 points, scoring in all but one game, and his 104 points tied the conference single-season record.
Giarrusso's honor gives Scranton the award for a third straight season. He joins Colin Pierce (2024) and Zachariah Palinkas (2025) as recent Royal honorees.
He has helped anchor a Scranton defense that allowed a league-low 45 goals in conference play during the regular season. Against Landmark opponents, no team scored more than nine goals against the Royals. He currently sits at 32 ground balls and 17 caused turnovers on the season.
Giarrusso and the Royals will host Susquehanna University in the Landmark Men's Lacrosse Semifinals at 4:00 p.m.
Burke becomes the fourth player in program history to earn the honor and the first Cardinal to do so since 2021. One of four first-year student-athletes named All-Conference this season, Burke leads Catholic in scoring with 36 goals and added 23 assists for 59 points.
His 36 goals rank 11th in the conference, while his 23 assists are tied for seventh, and he has recorded at least one point in every game except one this season.
Burke and the Cardinals will host third-seeded Elizabethtown College in the Landmark Men's Lacrosse semifinals at 4:00 p.m.
Led by Michael Hofmeister and assisted by Clay Arnold, the team earned Coaching Staff of the Year honors for the second time in program history, adding to the honor first earned in 2021.
The Royals earned the award after guiding Scranton to another perfect conference record. The program also finished unbeaten in Landmark play in 2025. During conference competition this season, Scranton led the league in both scoring offense and scoring defense, totaling 190 goals while allowing just 45.
