After being just one of 10 teams to complete its full first round on Tuesday, Catholic had three players left on the course when play concluded on Wednesday afternoon. Catholic shot an opening round 341 (+53) before finishing day two with a score of 339 (+51). At the time of posting, Catholic sat in 31st place, ending its championship outside the 15-team cut line. Lauren Wright was the top finisher at the championships for Catholic, shooting an 83 (+11) in the second round to finish 18-over for the tournament. She sits in 116th place at the time of writing. Lauren Lombardo was steady in the second round, shooting an 81 (+9) to finish 25-over for the championships. She was just one-over through eight holes on the back nine before a triple bogey on 18. Brooke Smith carded a second-round 85 (+13) to finish 28-over par. She shot a 41 on the back nine to close out her championship. Avery Mrak improved by three shots in the second round, shooting a 90 (+18) to finish in a tie with teammate Gabi Courtney as the team's fourth scorer. Mrak shot a 41 on the front nine with five pars.
