The Trophy is determined through a formula considering regular-season conference standings and Landmark postseason results. Revised in the summer of 2023 to accommodate the inclusion of Lycoming College and Wilkes University, the point system allocates different values for team and individual sports, with a maximum potential of 15 points per team.
