BALTIMORE, Md. — Saturday night at the 2026 Landmark Conference Championships delivered momentum swings and standout performances as the women’s team race tightened heading into the final day.

Catholic’s Bella Mugno set the tone early in the 400 IM. She took control in the middle of the race and powered home for the win in 4:37.35. She came back later in the session and picked up her second individual title of the night, winning the 100 breaststroke in 1:04.98. The Cardinals made it even more impressive with a 1-2-3 finish.
In the 200 freestyle, sophomore Kyra Gorman touched first in 1:55.94 for her second individual title of the weekend. Anna Dymek also earned her second gold medal of the weekend, swimming a 57.08 in the 100-butterfly.
Emma Miller of Wilkes swept the diving boards. The first-year scored 348.35 points on the 3-meter boards to claim first.
The night’s standout swim came in the 100 backstroke, where Catholic’s Tara Wiarda set a new meet record in 57.50, topping the previous mark of 57.58.
The competition concludes Sunday, February 15, with preliminaries at 10:00 a.m. and finals at 5:00 p.m.
